It's very simple. yeah, but when we pratice, it's rather difficult. I mean here is that because we are often lazy and not keep endurance. On the other hand, sometime we get angry because we cannot understand what the lecture is talking about. So the way i see, we need to learn endurance and learn to listen E like a custom. Beside, i think we can also combine listening with watching or talking directly with foreigner. Because, when we watch, we can see the motion of foreigner's mouth. So we can speaking better. tks
